Monthly Coaching


We will meet in person or virtually for a first time session. These sessions have no specific time limit. They take as long as they take. We will discuss reasons for the sessions and you will receive real life solutions. Coaching solutions offered are dependent on each individual's personal journey. For the next 30 days, you will have access to my one on one coaching through text, phone calls, in person visits or virtually. The time it takes for things to change is dependent on the individual and the work they are willing to do. My coaching provides solutions, the individual provides the way.

 

6 Month Coaching Session


The same as monthly coaching, but this option is for those who want true, lasting change, in the least amount of time. Those willing and able to go all in. Burn the Bridges type of radical change. Some of the following will be included, but this is not an extensive list.

*Guidance on making nutrient dense meals, in little time, with no recipes.

*Environmental evaluation

*Remedies for health and wellness that are tried and proven in times of possible illness.

*Guidance on how to make herbal preparations.

*Guidance on proper use of Essential Oils.

*Guidance on proper use of Supplements

*Guidance on how to live life without needing your supplements and remedy bag.

*Practical uses of Quantum Biology..........and more

One Day Coaching


*One time coaching session when you just need to get through the event or the day.
